How can I receive the purchased items from your website?

Once a product has been purchased and credit card transaction approved by PayPal or 2checkout.com, we will send the purchased items directly to client’s e-mail, or we will provide them with a special links from our website to download their items.

Delivering the purchased items whether by e-mail or by link will be completed within Max. 10 hours period starting from the moment of submitting your order.

Orders received after 3:00pm (GMT -05:00) Monday through Friday will not be sent until the following business day.

Clients will have 72 hours (3 days) to download their items and a total of 5 download attempts. If all attempts fail, we can be contacted via our contact page to settle the matter. Please, make a safe copy of the downloaded items as it will not be possible to re-download beyond the initial 72 hour period.

Q: If I didn’t find what I want, can I send you a blueprint to visualize it for me?

Sure, we are ready to receive any blueprint or sketch to visualize it three-dimensionally, our network includes the best CG artists in the world, just send us your order, and after assessment, we will send you our best quotation accordingly.

Q: What about your refund policy, can I get my money back?

No, our models are displayed clearly, and it’s textured and rendered with different levels of quality, to enable our clients to realize all details of the models. So you have to select your items and make your final decision.

Exception: Yes, you can get your money back. E.g. if you had received corrupted files, but this will not happened because; all our 3D files has been tested on the major 3D software in the market.

Q: How I can be sure that your files will be compatible with my software?

The available formats of each model are mentioned in the products tag, and these formats are compatible with the major 3D software in the market e.g. Autodesk 3D Studio Max, Maya, Rhino, Cinema 4D and Softimage XSI. If you are using new software, please check your software documentation, or send your inquiry to our technical support for consultation.

Can I sell my 3D/2D resources through your site?

Of course you can, our site is depending on many resources from 3D art suppliers and authors. Unfortunately, we don’t have ready-made script to manage this operation automatically; but our team is developing an easy and smart method for this purpose.

Most of our models files are Max. Files, when you find multi-formats; the size will be belong to 3DS format or the first format mentioned.
